Position Overview

We are seeking dedicated individuals to join our nursing team as Resident Assistants/Caregivers. You will make a meaningful difference in residents' lives by assisting with daily activities.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with personal care, grooming, hygiene, housekeeping, laundering, social interactions, and meals.
• Monitor residents' physical and emotional well-being and respond accordingly.
• Document tasks such as shift reports, resident records, and service agreements.
• Communicate confidentially with staff about urgent needs and concerns.
• Manage assigned tasks efficiently within scheduled shifts.
• Follow company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines.
