• Assist residents with personal care, grooming, hygiene, housekeeping, laundry, social activities, and meals
• Monitor residents’ physical and emotional well-being and respond accordingly
• Document tasks such as shift reports, resident records, and service agreements
• Communicate effectively with staff about urgent needs and concerns
• Manage assigned tasks within scheduled shifts
• Follow company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines
