Job summary

Vista Prairie Communities is seeking a dedicated Resident Assistant for Red Cedar Canyon, a senior living facility in Wisconsin. This role supports residents with daily personal care and mobility, under regulated guidelines, while fostering companionship and well-being.

Part-time shifts (AM, PM, and NOC) with 4-8 hour blocks are available. Competitive pay, sign-on bonuses, and a supportive team are offered to help you grow toward full-time opportunities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• CBRF certification preferred.
• 1 year of Resident Assistant experience preferred.
• Ability to read, write, and carry out directions.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with personal care needs (bathing, grooming, hygiene).
• Support residents with mobility and transfers.
• Administer medications as directed and in accordance with regulations.
• Foster emotional well-being by creating positive, meaningful interactions.
