Job summary

Vista Prairie Communities invites you to join Red Cedar Canyon as an Overnight Resident Assistant. You will assist residents with personal care, mobility, and medications, while fostering emotional well‑being in a supportive senior living setting.

Part‑time overnights 10:00pm–6:00am with shift differentials and a $1,000 sign‑on bonus for 40+ hrs/pp. A high school diploma or GED and 1 year RA experience are preferred; CBRF certification is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• CBRF Certification preferred.
• 1 year of Resident Assistant experience preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to read, write, and carry out directions required.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with personal care needs (e.g., bathing, grooming, hygiene).
• Support residents with mobility and transfers.
• Administer medications as directed and in accordance with regulations.
• Foster emotional well‑being by creating positive, meaningful interactions.
• Strive to bring joy and smiles to residents through daily care and support.
