Job summary

Benedictine Health System in Bismarck, ND is seeking a compassionate Resident Assistant to support residents with daily living activities and maintain their personal environment. You will provide observation and documentation, ensuring high-quality care and safety for residents.

You will also assist in onboarding new Associates and collaborate with a caring team to uphold our mission and values. This role emphasizes empathy, reliability, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Must complete and maintain assigned medication administration training program and competencies.
• Must be 18 or older to operate lift equipment per statute.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Ability to prioritize tasks independently.
• Excellent communication skills and proficiency in English.
• BLS Certification is required.
