• Assist in planning, organizing, and implementing a variety of recreational activities tailored to residents' interests and abilities.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure activities align with care plans and therapeutic needs.
• Encourage resident participation to promote social interaction and cognitive stimulation.
• Monitor and evaluate activity effectiveness; adjust as necessary to meet diverse needs.
• Maintain a safe and supportive environment during activities, adhering to safety and health regulations.
• Set up and clean up activity areas; ensure equipment and materials are in good condition.
• Document resident participation and progress; provide feedback to the care team.
• Foster positive relationships with residents, families, and staff.
• Participate in staff meetings and training to improve activity programming.
