Job summary

U-Haul is seeking a Reservation Manager Agent to join a fast-paced team focused on delivering outstanding customer service and efficient reservation management. You will support customers, field teams, and U-Haul dealerships by coordinating equipment reservations and distribution based on demand.

Responsibilities include reviewing reports to ensure accurate availability, assisting with U-Box products, and maintaining high service levels in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience with office equipment and customer service.
• Ability to manage time and multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Reservation Manager Agent Responsibilities

• Assist with calls from and to customers.
• Help support field team members and U-Haul dealerships with equipment and reservation management and placement, while directing incoming customers' equipment to areas based on customer demand and productivity status in order to help balance regional market inventory levels to meet future demand.
• Review reports that aid in effective placement of equipment, customer reservations and contracts that support creating equipment availability and accuracy.
• Assist with the Company’s U-Box portable storage product.

Minimum Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Working knowledge of office equipment such as multiline phones, phone etiquette, Word and email
• Proficient in customer service, time management and multitasking
