• Bachelor's degree in Biology, Immunology, Molecular Biology, or related scientific field.
• Experience with two or more techniques: immunohistochemistry or immunofluorescence; basic molecular assays; tissue culture; animal husbandry.
• Ability to follow detailed protocols and maintain accurate records.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a research team.

Responsibilities

• Animal Management: Care for and maintain laboratory mice and ensure welfare and compliance.
• Tissue Collection and Processing: Collect tissue samples, prepare specimens, assist necropsy.
• Bacterial Culture and Preparation: Culture bacteria and prepare inoculums for experiments.
• In Vivo Studies: Assist with in vivo cell transplantation and assess engraftment.
• Immunological Assays: Perform immunofluorescence and histology on mouse tissues.
• Experimental Support: Coordinate experiments and troubleshoot protocols.
• Data and Records Management: Maintain detailed laboratory records and timelines.
• Team Communication: Report progress and issues to the team.
