Job summary
WU invites applications for a part-time, 30 hours/week position in the Interdisciplinary Institute for Management and Organisational Behaviour. You will support research on positive behaviours in organisations, write your dissertation, collaborate with a team, and teach Organisational Behaviour in German using multimedia formats.

Qualifications
- Diploma/masters in Business Administration, Management, or related area focusing on Organisational Behaviour, or Work & Organisational Psychology, qualifying for doctoral enrollment at WU.
- Passion for socially relevant research and publishing in prestigious journals.
- Solid knowledge in organisational behaviour.
- Strong knowledge of quantitative and/or qualitative research methods and software for empirical analyses.
- Excellent German and English skills, both written and spoken.
- Willingness to teach courses in German using multimedia formats.
- Curious, proactive, and able to work independently or in a team.
Responsibilities
- Support research projects and academic publications.
- Conduct research within OB and contribute to a dissertation.
- Collaborate with colleagues and partners at an international level.
- Help organize teaching, research and university life.
- Assist in advising students and supporting exams and evaluations.
