Job summary

The Lundquist Institute for Biomedical Innovation at Harbor-UCLA Medical Center in Torrance, CA is seeking a part-time research support professional. Qualifications

• 1-2 years’ experience in managing quantitative data.
• 1-2 years’ experience in academic research related to public health.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate in research with graduated independence.
• Data cleaning and preparing quantitative data analyses; summarize data.
• Administrative support including data purchases and IRB/grant submissions.
• Manuscript preparation and submission.
• Participate in grant writing and submission.
• Prepare presentations for conferences.
• Lead small projects; draft publications and perform data analysis.
• Other duties as assigned.
