The College of Agricultural Sciences, Department of Entomology, seeks to hire a part-time research assistant. This position will study the behavior of mushroom phorid Megaselia halterata and aciarid Lycoriea ingenua flies, performing laboratory experiments to optimize and develop kill technology for field experiments. The role may also explore the vectoring dynamics and practicality of using natural enemies to control pest insects.
