The Department of Biology in the Eberly College of Science has part-time openings for Research Lab Assistants in the Vandegrift research lab. The Research Assistant will perform tasks related to designing and conducting research experiments, collecting, analyzing, and reporting data, and assisting in the development and execution of research projects under supervision. Responsibilities include contributing to experiments, processing and presenting data, and supporting research activities, including gathering information on relevant laws, policies, and emerging trends.
The hours for this position will vary based on fieldwork needs and can fluctuate weekly. Questions about work hours should be directed to the hiring manager during the interview. The position requires a Department of Motor Vehicle Check.
