Dr. Kristina Petersen’s lab in the Department of Nutritional Sciences is seeking proactive, detail-oriented, and communicative part-time research assistants for our research kitchen. Responsibilities include preparing, cooking, and packing research meals, engaging with participants, administrative tasks, data entry, and supervising undergraduate assistants. Candidates should have a positive attitude, love of food, and willingness to learn. Training in human subjects research will be provided. Flexibility in schedule, including early mornings, no-class days, spring break, and summer, is required.
