The Laboratory of Dr. Misha Kwasniewski in the College of Agricultural Sciences, Department of Food Science at Penn State, University Park campus, is seeking a temporary, part-time Research Assistantto support ongoing lab and field research projects related to fermentation sciences, wine chemistry and grape development.
