Penske is seeking a Part-Time Rental Representative in Romeoville, IL. You will engage in sales, admin, service and operations, supporting customers and internal teams in a dynamic environment.

This entry-level role offers a typically 10–20 hours per week during school and 20–30 hours during breaks, with driving responsibilities and a DOT-regulated process. Bilingual Spanish is preferred, and proficiency with MS Office is required.

Qualifications

• Entry-level opportunity with responsibilities across sales, admin, service and operations.
• Part-time schedule typically 10–20 hours per week while in school, 20–30 during breaks.
• Must pass background check and DOT regulatory requirements.
• Spanish bilingual preferred.
• Requires valid driver's license and ability to drive Penske vehicles up to 26' box truck.
• Proficiency with computers (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) required.

Responsabilités

• Handle inbound and outbound sales process.
• Generate new business leads and maintain existing customer relationships.
• Manage and oversee large fleet of vehicles.
• Match vehicle demand with availability.
• Coordinate all aspects of customer's accounts.
• Ensure complete customer satisfaction in a fast-paced environment.
• Other projects and tasks as assigned by supervisor.
