Job summary

Penske is seeking a Part-Time Rental Representative in Saint Louis, MO. This entry-level role blends sales, service, and operations responsibilities in a fast-paced environment. The position requires weekend availability and 15-25 hours per week, with flexibility to cover shifts as needed.

Ideal candidates have some retail or customer service experience, a High School diploma, and the ability to drive Penske vehicles, including up to a 26' box truck. A bilingual Spanish preference is noted.

Qualifications

• At least 6 months of retail sales and/or customer service experience preferred.
• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Bilingual Spanish preferred.
• Ability to work independently and in a team, with strong customer service and organization.
• Proficiency in computer use including Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound sales process
• Generate new business leads and maintain existing customer relationships
• Manage and oversee large fleet of vehicles
• Match vehicle demand with availability
• Coordinate all aspects of customer's accounts
• Ensure complete customer satisfaction in a fast-paced environment.
• Other projects and tasks as assigned by supervisor.
