Compensation Range: $15.00 to $26.78 Hourly

Reservation Manager Agent Responsibilities:

• Assist with calls from and to customers.
• Support field team members and U-Haul dealerships with equipment and reservation management and placement, directing incoming customers' equipment based on demand and regional inventory levels.
• Review reports to aid in effective equipment placement, reservations, and contracts to ensure accuracy and availability.
• Assist with the Company’s U-Box portable storage product.

Minimum Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Working knowledge of office equipment such as multiline phones, Word, and email
• Proficient in customer service, time management, and multitasking
