Job summary

ProPharma is seeking a Regulatory Promotional Review Consultant to provide compliant regulatory advertising review for consumer, healthcare provider, and managed care materials. You will lead PRC discussions and oversee the promotional review process for assigned brands, ensuring alignment with FDA guidelines and OPDP requirements.

The role requires 5+ years in pharma/regulatory advertising, a bachelor’s degree (PharmD preferred), and ability to work remotely on a part-time basis.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in Medical, Science, Marketing, Business or Communications; PharmD preferred.
• 5+ years of related experience in pharmaceutical/biotech industry; regulatory advertising and promotion experience required.

Responsibilities

• Provide compliant and accurate regulatory advertising review solutions for consumer, healthcare provider and managed care materials.
• Lead Regulatory role during Promotion Review Committee (PRC) meetings and oversee the promotional review process for assigned brands.
• Review product launch, growth, established and derivative materials for assigned projects.
• Provide regulatory guidance on advertising and promotional materials, campaigns and launch strategies.
• Communicate regulatory comments during live PRC meetings and with Agency Partners.
