About the Role

We are seeking a professional and highly organized Part-Time Remote Receptionist/Administrator to manage inbound calls, assist with client escalations, and ensure seamless communication across teams. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, has strong problem-solving skills, and is comfortable using ATS, CRM, and/or HRIS systems.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Handle all inbound calls with professionalism and efficiency.
  2. De-escalate client concerns over the phone and route issues to the appropriate team members.
  3. Provide a positive customer experience while maintaining company policies and procedures.
  4. Accurately document call details and follow up on outstanding issues.
  5. Navigate ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems), CRM (Customer Relationship Management), and HRIS (Human Resources Information System) platforms to manage client information.
Qualifications & Skills
  1. Previous experience in a receptionist, customer service, or administrative support role.
  2. Strong verbal communication skills with the ability to handle escalations effectively.
  3. Experience within Construction or a related field is highly preferred.
  4. Proficiency in navigating ATS, CRM, and HRIS systems (experience with specific platforms is a plus).
  5. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work independently in a remote setting.
  6. Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving and organizational skills.
