Job summary

Thriveworks is actively seeking licensed clinicians to deliver compassionate, evidence‑based telehealth care to clients in Iowa. You will operate as a behavioral health generalist, treating a range of clients including couples and children, with a focus on measurable outcomes.

The role supports a nationwide hybrid model, with admin tasks handled by Thriveworks. Expect flexible scheduling seven days a week and a clear path to build a full caseload within 90 days of credentialing.

Thriveworks is currently seeking Licensed Clinicians to provide telehealth sessions in Iowa.

About The Role

We’re hiring licensed clinicians to provide compassionate, evidence-based care to our more than 175,000 clients across the country. You may be a good fit for this role if you’re:

Compensation

Up to $54,100 based on licensure type, session volume, and bonus opportunities.

How We Support You

We handle the administrative work so you can focus on what you do best: providing exceptional care. That means credentialing, billing, scheduling, and marketing support taken care of for you, plus paid orientation and training to get you started. You'll build a full caseload within 90 days of credentialing, with flexible scheduling available seven days a week from 7 a.m. to 10 p.m. ET.
