Job summary

Thriveworks is seeking licensed clinicians to provide telehealth therapy to clients in New Mexico. This position supports a nationwide hybrid care model with flexible scheduling across seven days.

You will be independently licensed (LPCC, LMFT, LCSW/LISW, PhD) and able to commit to a minimum of 15 sessions weekly with 20 hours of availability. Thriveworks handles credentialing, billing, scheduling, and training, with paid orientation and guaranteed bi-weekly pay for completed sessions.

Thriveworks is currently seeking Licensed Clinicians to provide telehealth sessions in New Mexico.

About the Role

We’re hiring licensed clinicians to provide compassionate, evidence-based care to our more than 175,000 clients across the country. You may be a good fit for this role if you’re:

• Independently licensed and living in New Mexico — LPCC, LMFT, LCSW/LISW, PhD (Licensed Psychologist)

• Consistently available to clients for a minimum of 15 sessions with 20 hours of availability weekly

• A behavioral health generalist who is open to treating a variety of clients, including couples and children

• Invested in helping your clients achieve measurable progress

• Confident working with modern clinical technology, including telehealth and EHR tools

• A good teammate — we’re building a clinical community and value positive contributors

Compensation

Up to $54,100 based on licensure type, session volume, and bonus opportunities.

How We Support You

We handle the administrative work so you can focus on what you do best: providing exceptional care. That means credentialing, billing, scheduling, and marketing support taken care of for you, plus paid orientation and training to get you started. You'll build a full caseload within 90 days of credentialing, with flexible scheduling available seven days a week from 7 a.m. to 10 p.m. ET.
