Job summary

Thriveworks is seeking licensed clinicians to provide telehealth mental health care in New Mexico. You must be independently licensed in NM (LPCC, LMFT, LCSW/LISW, PhD) and able to commit to at least 15 sessions with 20 hours of weekly availability. The role offers a supportive environment with credentialing, billing, scheduling, and marketing assistance.

You'll build a full caseload within 90 days of credentialing, with scheduling seven days a week from 7a.m. to 10p.m. ET.

Thriveworks is currently seeking Licensed Clinicians to provide telehealth sessions in New Mexico.

About the Role

We’re hiring licensed clinicians to provide compassionate, evidence‑based care to our more than 175,000 clients across the country.

You may be a good fit for this role if you’re:

• Independently licensed and living in New Mexico - LPCC, LMFT, LCSW/LISW, PhD (Licensed Psychologist)
• Consistently available to clients for a minimum of 15 sessions with 20 hours of availability weekly
• A behavioral health generalist who is open to treating a variety of clients, including couples and children
• Invested in helping your clients achieve measurable progress
• Confident working with modern clinical technology, including telehealth and EHR tools
• A good teammate - we’re building a clinical community and value positive contributors

Compensation

Up to $54,100 based on licensure type, session volume, and bonus opportunities.

You'll build a full caseload within 90 days of credentialing, with flexible scheduling available seven days a week from 7a.m. to 10p.m. ET.
