Job summary

North Atlanta Mental Health LLC d/b/a Ellie Mental Health seeks a Georgia-licensed Psychologist to serve as a part-time Clinical Supervisor. Lead supervision across Johns Creek, Alpharetta, Gainesville clinics, guiding a team of clinicians and ensuring high-quality client care.

You will mentor associate-level social workers and other clinical staff, uphold ethics and documentation, and promote a supportive, judgment-free work culture. Remote-friendly with in-person clinics in GA.

Qualifications

• Active Georgia Licensed Psychologist required with supervisory credentials.
• Minimum of 3 years post-licensure clinical experience as a psychologist.
• Experience supervising, mentoring, or leading clinicians.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical supervision, consultation, and support to clinicians.
• Support delivery of high-quality outpatient mental health services across multiple clinics.
• Review and support clinical documentation, treatment planning, progress notes, and discharge planning.
• Provide guidance on complex clinical cases, ethics, crisis situations, and standards of care.
• Ensure compliance with Georgia licensing rules, NASW Code of Ethics, payer requirements, and internal policies.
• Mentor clinicians in clinical judgment, professional development, and client engagement.
