Job summary

North Atlanta Mental Health LLC d/b/a Ellie Mental Health seeks a Georgia-licensed Psychologist to serve as Clinical Supervisor. The role provides leadership and supervision across Johns Creek, Alpharetta, and Gainesville clinics, mentoring associate-level clinicians and ensuring ethical, high-quality care.

The successful candidate will guide documentation, support treatment planning, and maintain compliance with licensing standards while fostering a collaborative, judgment-free work

Qualifications

• Active Georgia Licensed Psychologist with supervisory credentials.
• Minimum of 3 years post-licensure clinical experience.
• Experience supervising, mentoring, or leading clinicians.
• Strong knowledge of ethics, documentation standards, and treatment planning.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical supervision, consultation, and support to clinicians.
• Support outpatient mental health services across multiple GA clinics.
• Review and support clinical documentation, treatment planning, progress notes, and risk assessments.
• Guide complex cases, ethics, crisis situations, and standards of care.
• Ensure compliance with licensing rules, NASW Code of Ethics, payer requirements, and internal policies.
• Mentor clinicians in clinical judgment, professional development, and client engagement.
• Collaborate with clinic leadership to foster a positive clinical culture.
