Job summary

BK Behavior is seeking a Part-time Behavior Technician to deliver ABA-based services remotely nationwide. You can work from home anywhere in the USA or provide in-person care in service states. The role emphasizes flexible scheduling, ongoing training, and career growth while supporting clients with autism through evidence-based interventions.

The program offers a two-month paid training period, CEUs, and robust clinical support. Prior RBT certification is preferred, but training is available.

Qualifications

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients in home or community settings.
• Accurately record session data and progress notes.
• Collaborate with BCBA supervisors and families to implement treatment plans.

Responsibilities

• Deliver ABA-based interventions to clients in their homes or community locations.
• Maintain precise session data and progress documentation.
• Coordinate with families and clinical supervisors for treatment effectiveness.
• Participate in ongoing training and clinical meetings.
