Athletico Physical Therapy in Apex, NC is seeking a part-time Rehabilitation Aide to support clinicians and the Patient Experience Coordinator. You’ll greet patients, assist with treatments, and help manage administrative tasks in a clinic setting.

You will work alongside physical therapists and rehab techs, providing courteous care while following state practice act requirements. The role emphasizes teamwork, communication, and compassionate patient service.

Formación

• High school graduate or intern preferred
• Previous Clinical Aide or Rehab Tech experience preferred
• Strong communication and presentation skills-written and verbal
• Attention to detail and time management required
• Patient/Client Satisfaction: providing care/service that exceeds expectations
• Energetic and a team player
• Able to demonstrate compassion toward patients
• Complete tasks thoroughly

Responsabilidades

• Prepares patients for physical therapy treatments and assists therapists
• Safeguards, motivates, and assists patients with exercises under supervision
• Provides routine treatments such as hot/cold packs and modalities
• Cleans work area and equipment after treatment
• Washes linens and maintains linen cabinets
• Restocks restrooms and supply areas
• Assists patient experience coordinator with answering phones and scheduling
• Keeps track of non-medical and medical supplies and may order inventory
