Job summary

Trauma News in Massillon, OH is seeking a Rehab Technician for part-time hours (20 hours/week) onsite. You will provide direct and indirect patient care under supervision of licensed staff and assist with administrative tasks.

Responsibilities include patient registration, department upkeep, equipment handling, inventory tracking, video recording therapy sessions, and transporting patients between therapy sessions. Some travel to nearby towns may be required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience preferred.
• BLS certification within first 90 days.

Responsibilities

• Register patients, schedule appointments, collect co-pays, and answer phones.
• Maintain treatment areas and process work orders.
• Prepare and maintain therapy equipment; track inventory.
• Record video of therapy sessions and transport patients.
• Coordinate care between disciplines and families.
• Assist with direct patient care under therapist supervision.
