Qualifications

• Minimum of a high school diploma or GED required.
• Interest in rehabilitation preferred.
• Basic knowledge of equipment required.
• Strong background in providing excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

• Assist office coordinator with check-in patients and answering phones; schedule appointments.
• Help keep track of office supplies and files charts as needed.
• Prepare patients for treatment and assist with DME equipment before/after treatment.
• Assist and motivate patients during exercises under clinician guidance.
• Provide routine treatments (hot/cold packs, Ultrasounds, electrical stimulation) and sanitize equipment.
• Maintain clean office area and linen supplies; ensure professionalism in communication.
