The Nurse will lead nursing care, collaborate with physicians and therapists, and educate patients and families while maintaining a safe, high-quality care environment. This role emphasizes teamwork and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• RN is required to practice as a Professional Staff Nurse.
• Active nursing license in the state where employed.
• Ability to provide patient-centered care and collaborate with the care team.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain high-quality nursing care for a patient group.
• Lead and participate in teamwork and safety, with attention to culture and healthy work relationships.
• Teach patients and families about care plans and post-discharge steps.
• Apply nursing process within Relationship Based Care to create a healing environment.
• Participate in department quality improvement and professional development.
