Athletico Physical Therapy in Suffolk, VA seeks a part-time Rehabilitation Aide to support clinicians and the Patient Experience Coordinator. You will greet patients, assist during treatment, and perform administrative duties in compliance with state regulations.

Responsibilities include preparing patients, aiding therapists, handling communications, and assisting with inventory and scheduling. Prior experience is preferred; strong teamwork and compassion are essential.

Qualifications

• High school graduate or equivalent; internship preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to document clearly and manage tasks.

Responsibilities

• Prepare patients for physical therapy and assist with treatments.
• Motivate and assist patients with exercises under supervision.
• Provide routine treatments and care, such as hot/cold packs and modalities.
• Maintain work area and equipment; restock supplies as needed.
• Assist with answering phones, scheduling, and filing.
• Help track non-medical and medical supplies for the clinic.
