Job summary

Athletico Physical Therapy in the United States is seeking a Rehabilitation Aide for a part-time schedule with Monday and Wednesday 3pm–7pm availability. You will assist the Patient Experience Coordinator and clinicians, greet patients, and support therapists during treatment while ensuring compliance with state practice acts.

The role emphasizes both administrative and clinical duties and interaction with patients.

Qualifications

• High school graduate and/or intern preferred.
• Previous Clinical Aide or Rehab Tech experience preferred.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.
• Attention to detail and time management skills required.
• Ability to work as part of a team and show compassion to patients.
• Basic knowledge of office equipment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepares patients for physical therapy treatments and assists therapists.
• Greet patients and assist with scheduling and paperwork.
• Assist with maintaining clean treatment areas and restocking supplies.
• Support with answering phones and filing paperwork.
• May help order inventory and track supplies.
