Athletico is seeking a Rehabilitation Aide to support patients and clinicians in our Lindenhurst clinic. You will help with treatments, greet patients, and assist the Patient Experience Coordinator with scheduling and paperwork.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and presentation skills, written and verbal.
• Ability to clearly document all projects and manage production.
• Attention to detail and time management are required.

• Basic knowledge of office equipment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepares patients for physical therapy treatments and assists therapists during procedures.
• Safeguards and assists patients with exercises and activities under staff supervision.
• Provides routine treatments such as hot/cold packs and modalities.
• Cleans work area and equipment after treatment.
• Washes linens and maintains cabinets and restrooms.
• Assists with answering phones, scheduling, and filing paperwork.
• Keeps track of and may order clinical and non-medical supplies.
