Athletico Physical Therapy is hiring a part-time Rehabilitation Aide to support therapists and front-office staff in a busy clinic. You will greet patients, prepare treatment areas, assist with modalities, and help maintain medical and clerical paperwork in a patient-first environment.

Required are strong communication skills, reliability, and compassion. The role involves light lifting and assisting with daily clinic operations, with benefits and a focus on teamwork.

Qualifications

• Education: High school graduate and/or intern preferred
• Work Experience: Previous Clinical Aide or Rehab Tech experience preferred
• Knowledge and Technical Skills: Strong communication and presentation skills (written and verbal)
• Ability to clearly document all projects and manage production
• Attention to detail and time management skills are required
• Patient satisfaction: Providing care/service that exceeds expectations
• Energetic and a team player
• Able to demonstrate compassion toward patients
• Complete tasks thoroughly
• Basic knowledge of office equipment

Responsabilités

• Prepares patients for physical therapy treatments to put on and remove supportive devices, assists therapists during administration of treatments, and provides routine treatment
• Safeguards, motivates, and assists patients practicing exercises and functional activities under professional staff
• Provides routine treatments, such as hot/cold packs, and modalities like Ultrasounds, Electrical stimulation, etc.
• Cleans work area and equipment after treatment
• Washes linens/towels, folds and maintains linen cabinets
• Maintaining restrooms and other areas, restocks with paper towels, tissue, soap and supplies
• Assists patient experience coordinator with answering phones, scheduling appointments and filing paperwork and charts
• Assist patient experience coordinator with inventory management and ordering
