Job summary

Pullman Regional Hospital is seeking a Rehabilitation Services Aide for outpatient support at Summit Therapy Stadium Way in Pullman. The role supports PT/OT/Speech and other therapies, ensuring a smooth patient flow and a clean, safe environment.

The part-time position offers afternoon hours, a Monday–Friday schedule, and a base pay range of $17.51–$25.83 per hour with pay variations based on knowledge and experience.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required to read and interpret written treatment plans.
• Excellent communication skills with colleagues and customers.
• Ability to manage time, tasks, and resources appropriately.
• Basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and assist them in transitioning from the waiting room to their physical therapy appointment.
• Ensure the patient is prepared to begin the session as directed by the PT and maintain a clean environment.
• Assist other therapists and office staff throughout the day to support patient care.
• Monitor patient schedule and assist with timely transitions between waiting room and therapy sessions.
• Occasionally assist front desk staff with patient check-in and record-keeping for safety and cleanliness.
