Job summary

Qualifications

• Associates Degree OR Licensed Practical Nurse.
• 1+ year of healthcare experience.

Responsibilities

• Supports accreditation and regulatory initiatives.
• Interacts professionally with staff; demonstrates conflict resolution.
• Participates in survey readiness activities and monitors action plans.
• Enters data for analysis and trending; presents findings to internal audiences.
• Provides real-time coaching on observed compliance opportunities.
• Under supervision of compliance manager/director, collaborates with the team.
• Attends accreditation and regulatory educational offerings.
