Seasons Hospice is seeking a compassionate RN to join our growing team in Springfield, MO. You will deliver compassionate, skilled nursing care in patients' homes, guiding families through life’s journey with dignity and support.

This part-time role offers collaboration with an interdisciplinary team, opportunities to educate families, and a supportive work environment that values empathy, integrity and patient-centered care.

Qualifications

• Active RN license with clinical nursing experience.
• Hospice, palliative, geriatric, or home health experience preferred but not required
• Ability to remain calm under pressure and support families with empathy.
• Integrity, independence, and a collaborative spirit.
• A heart for hospice and a commitment to serving with compassion.
