Baptist Health is seeking a Registered Nurse for Baptist Medical Center East. The RN will supervise nursing staff on shift, collaborate with physicians, and ensure quality patient care using the nursing process. This part-time, onsite position covers weekends and holidays as needed.

Requirements include a nursing degree, active RN licensure, and BLS; ACLS/PALS/NRP may be required depending on the unit. Strong communication and teamwork skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Degree in Nursing required; BSN degree preferred.
• Active RN licensure required; BLS required; ACLS/PALS/NRP/TNCC may be required depending on area.
• Ability to observe, assess, and record work, safety and infection control standards.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; able to resolve concerns.

Responsabilités

• Supervise and coordinate nursing staff on shift.
• Ensure quality and continuity of patient care.
• Collaborate with Physicians and other clinicians in planning and implementing patient care.
• Utilize the nursing process for patient assessments, planning and interventions.
• Perform assigned duties within scope of role, including weekend/holiday coverage.
