• RN license is required and must be eligible to practice in Virginia.
• BLS certification required before orientation completion.
• Education: Associates Nursing is required; BSN preferred.
• Competent in providing patient-centered care using the nursing process.

Responsibilities

• Carry out nursing process including assessment, diagnosis, planning, and evaluation.
• Coordinate patient care, teach patients and families, and contribute to safety initiatives.
