Provide high-quality, safe patient care through the nursing process-assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation-using evidence-based practices. Deliver relationship-based, patient-centered care tailored to diverse populations, involving patients and families in care planning. Coordinate clinical activities, maintain timely documentation, and promote a respectful, inclusive environment. Support performance improvement initiatives, participate in research, and uphold organizational policies and standards. Assist in developing protocols, optimize resource use, and serve as a preceptor or mentor to foster professional growth. Contribute to patient safety, quality outcomes, and system-wide initiatives through collaboration and evidence-based decision-making.
Minimum of 5 years RN experience with current licensure as a registered nurse, valid BLS, PALS, TNCC, and ACLS certifications. Education includes an Associate or Diploma in Nursing; Bachelor's preferred. Additional certifications may be required upon hire.
