Milan Laser is seeking a part-time Registered Nurse to deliver laser hair removal in a structured clinical setting in Albany, NY. You will provide safe, effective treatments, educate clients on care plans, and help drive positive client outcomes while maintaining meticulous medical records and patient confidentiality.

The role emphasizes clinical excellence, patient education, and collaborative clinic operations, with a rotating schedule and a monthly bonus.

• Educate clients on pre- and post-treatment care to ensure safe results.
• Document treatments accurately and maintain medical records.
• Prepare treatment rooms and equipment for client flow; ensure cleanliness.
• Support daily clinic operations including scheduling and client records.
• Collaborate with clinic teams to meet sales and service goals.
• Assist with opening/closing duties and room preparation.
• Encourage client reviews and referrals through excellent service.

Pay:$40.00an hour + Monthly Bonus

Status: Part-Time (19 Hours Per Week)

Schedule: 2 Days Per week (Rotating)

• Week 1: Monday & Tuesday
• Week 2: Friday & Saturday

As a Laser Hair Removal Provider, you will deliver safe, effective treatments while helping clients build confidence and achieve long-term results. Your Ability to Make a Difference:

• Clinical Care: Perform laser hair removal treatments according to medical protocols and safety standards. Complete pre-treatment setup, operate laser equipment, and perform daily equipment checks.
• Client Education & Influence: Educate and guide clients on treatment plans, expected results, and pre/post-care. Reinforce progress and recommend additional treatment areas based on client goals and outcomes.
• Client Experience: Deliver a professional, welcoming experience where clients feel informed and confident. Personalize treatments, anticipate client needs, and encourage rebooking and reviews.
• Clinic Operations: Prepare treatment rooms, flip rooms between clients, and maintain clinic cleanliness. Follow operational standards including opening/closing tasks, inventory, and equipment readiness.
• Team Collaboration: Partner with clinic teams to support daily operations and clinic sales goals. Communicate scheduling updates and model Milan’s standards of professionalism.

• Prepare treatment rooms and equipment to ensure safe and efficient client flow
• Maintain a clean, professional clinical environment between treatments
• Discuss treatment progress with clients and recommend additional treatment areas when appropriate
• Encourage client reviews and referrals through excellent service
• Support daily clinic operations including scheduling, confirming appointments, and maintaining client records
• Assist with opening and closing duties and treatment room preparation
• Perform minor maintenance and cleaning of laser equipment to ensure optimal performance
• Collaborate with clinic leadership and team members to support clinic goals and client satisfaction

Requirements:

• Current RegisteredNurse (RN) license in good standing
• Passion for providing exceptional patient care and client service
• Strong communication skills and the ability to educate clients clearly and confidently
• Ability to maintain strict confidentiality and comply with HIPAA regulations
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety and clinical protocols
• Interest in the aesthetics industry and helping clients achieve confidence-building results
• After completing training, ability to support onboarding and training of new providers
