Alpha Home Health and Hospice is seeking a Stepdown Overflow Registered Nurse to provide high-quality care for acutely ill adults transitioning from ICU or med-surg units. You will perform complex assessments, titrate medications, and interpret cardiac and hemodynamic monitoring.

Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams, support patient and family education, and contribute to quality and safety initiatives within the unit in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifikationen

• Registered Nurse licensure.
• Experience in acute or critical care settings preferred.
• Strong assessment and clinical judgment skills.
