Job summary

Seacrest Behavioral Health is seeking a Stepdown Overflow Clinical Nurse Coordinator to lead care coordination for stepdown overflow patients in a fast-paced acute setting. You will oversee patient flow, prioritization, and daily operations while collaborating with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to deliver safe, evidence-based care.

You will mentor bedside nurses, monitor quality metrics, and drive improvements in the patient experience within a large regional health system.
