Health Wealth Safe in Hendersonville, NC seeks a Stepdown Registered Nurse to lead professional nursing care, using assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation to support patient well-being.

You will assess during admission and shifts, perform procedures, administer medications, monitor responses, document care, educate patients and families, and collaborate with the care team to uphold standards of practice.

Qualifications

• BSN or enrollment in a BSN program with completion within five years.
• Must hold current RN licensure and BLS certification.
• Current licensure with the North Carolina Board of Nursing.
• Master’s in Nursing preferred.
