Geriatrics Inc is seeking a part-time Dietitian at Bel-Air Manor in Newington, CT to provide comprehensive nutritional care. The ideal candidate will conduct assessments, develop individualized nutrition care plans, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to improve residents' health.

With a focus on compassionate, resident-centered care, you will help create tailored dietary strategies and ensure compliance with nutritional standards.

Qualifications

• Registered Dietitian credential through CDR.
• Current Connecticut Dietitian-Nutritionist certification.
• Previous clinical nutrition experience preferred.
• Knowledge of medical nutrition therapy and dietary services.
• Experience working with older adults preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct nutritional assessments for residents.
• Develop and monitor nutrition care plans.
• Provide medical nutrition therapy and recommendations.
• Monitor residents' nutritional status and document changes.
• Participate in interdisciplinary care plan meetings.
