Job summary

Nutrire Nutrition Services LLC in Orlando seeks a Registered Dietitian (RD/RDN) or Licensed Dietitian (LD) to provide nutrition services in skilled nursing and long-term care facilities.

Responsibilities include nutrition assessments, monitoring residents at nutritional risk, developing care plans, reviewing weights and laboratory results, completing MDS documentation, and collaborating with the interdisciplinary care team. Flexible, part-time schedule with 16 hours weekly.

Qualifications

• Registered Dietitian or Florida Licensed Dietitian required.
• Experience with long-term care preferred.
• Strong clinical documentation and communication skills.
• Familiarity with PointClickCare and MDS Section K is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Complete nutrition assessments for residents.
• Monitor residents at nutritional risk and adjust plans accordingly.
• Develop and implement care plans.
• Review weights and laboratory results; coordinate with team.
