• RD/RDN eligibility with CDR and registration within 120 days of hire.
• State licensure/certification where required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver nutrition care for patients, residents, and communities using the NCP.
• Act as a nutrition resource and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams.
• Provide evidence-based nutrition counseling and education to patients and staff.
• Maintain compliance with regulatory, facility and Sodexo policies.
