Job summary

NHC Franklin is seeking a compassionate Registered Dietitian to join the Food and Nutrition Services team at NHC Place Cool Springs in Franklin, TN. You will perform nutritional assessments, develop care plans, and support high-quality patient care across departments.

The ideal candidate holds a TN RD license, has clinical or internship experience in dietetics, and is passionate about geriatric nutrition and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Must hold current TN RD license.
• Clinical or internship experience in dietetics.

• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

NHC Place Cool Springs is seeking a compassionate and knowledgeable Registered Dietitian to join our team. This role supports the Food and Nutrition Services (FNS) department by ensuring accurate nutritional assessments and developing care plans that enhance patient health and quality of life.

Responsibilities

• Complete nutritional assessments, care plans, and documentation
• Monitor high-risk patients (e.g., weight loss, tube feeding, diabetes)
• Provide guidance to the FNS Manager and team
• Educate patients, families, and staff on therapeutic diets
