Job summary

Dietitian Consultants in Columbus, OH is seeking a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RD/RDN) for a flexible part-time role (8-12 hours/week). Starting pay is $35/hour and up, based on experience.

You will provide individualized nutrition care, assessments, and education as part of our interdisciplinary healthcare team. You will conduct nutrition assessments, develop care plans, educate patients, monitor status, and collaborate with physicians and therapists.

Responsibilities

• Conduct nutrition assessments and develop individualized nutrition care plans.
• Provide nutrition education and counseling to promote health and wellness.
• Monitor patients' nutritional status and recommend appropriate interventions.
• Collaborate with Physicians, Speech Therapists, Occupational Therapists, and other healthcare professionals.
• Support facilities with temporary coverage and nutrition program needs.
• Help transform lives through the power of Food as Medicine.
• Identify and provide interventions for malnutrition, unintended weight changes, poor intake, and nutrition-related concerns.
• Participate in interdisciplinary care planning and clinical meetings.
• Help improve overall health, nutritional status, quality of life, and patient outcomes through evidence-based nutrition care.
