Job summary

Therapitas is seeking part-time Registered Behavioral Technicians (RBTs) to work one-on-one with neurodivergent children in Oklahoma City. You’ll use play and Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) to teach real-life skills and support individualized programs built by BCBA(s).

If you’re not yet certified, we’ll help you get there through hands-on training and mentorship, with opportunities to advance toward BCBA. Bilingual skills are a plus but not required.

At Therapitas, you'll work one-on-one with children on the autism spectrum, helping them build life-changing skills like talking, playing, and making choices.

Already RBT certified? Bring your skills and jump right in. Don't have your certification yet? No problem! We'll help you get there with hands-on training, and mentorship.

You'll be the children’s guide, their support, their safe place. Every small breakthrough, every smile, word, or moment of connection will remind you why your work matters.

We are specifically looking for part-time RBTs to fill our weekday afternoon shift. Flexibility in time frame (12 - 6 pm, 2 - 6 pm, etc.) is available. This role will supply approximately 20-25 hours of work per week.

• Use play, patience, and Applied Behavioral Analysis (ABA) therapy to teach real-life skills
• Follow individualized programs built by our Board Certified Behavioral Analysts (BCBAs), and track your progress

What You Need

• Reliable transportation and the ability to pass a background check
• Active RBT certification or a willingness to work toward one. We will walk you through getting certified as part of your onboarding process, so you can jump right in

About Us

Therapitas is a multidisciplinary pediatric therapy company dedicated to serving Spanish-first children across Oklahoma. With clinics in Oklahoma City and Tulsa, our mission is to make sure Spanish-speaking children have the same access to quality therapy as any other child through culturally and linguistically appropriate care. Our ABA team works alongside speech-language pathologists, occupational therapists, and physical therapists, so you'll be part of a real team, not working alone. Being bilingual is definitely a plus, but not required to apply since we work with Spanish-speaking, English-speaking, and children who are not yet verbal.
