Job summary

FronteraCare is seeking dedicated Behavior Technicians (BT) or Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) to join our ABA team in Anthony, NM. You will work with BCBA supervision to implement evidence-based interventions for children with autism and support families in home and community settings.

We offer RBT credential support, 40-hour training, ongoing supervision, and a retention bonus for experienced therapists.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; college enrollment or degree preferred.

What You'll Do

• Partner with Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to provide therapy that transforms lives.
• Create engaging and effective learning experiences for children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD).
• Use clear communication and positive reinforcement to help children reach their full potential.
• Complete daily progress notes related to the implementation of the intervention plan.
• Create an environment that fosters skill acquisition, functional communication, and school readiness for children.
• Collaborate with families to implement strategies at home and in the community.

Required Qualifications

• Proof of high school graduation (Diploma or GED)
• College enrollment or degree preferred
• At least 18 years of age

Health & Safety Requirements

• Reliable transportation
• Ability to lift 50 lbs, sit on floors and/or child-sized furniture, and quickly move from a seated position to running stance

The pay range for this role is between $18-24 per hour depending on experience.
